[open-development] Open Government Partnership meeting

Hi all,

We are having exciting times these days. The launch of the Open Government Partnership will happen next week in New York and one of the topics is aid transparency. 
The official meeting will be just one day event and won't go into details.
It would be great for the Open Development community to meet and have a chat.
