[open-development] ONE and Open Development

I've just joined the list.

I lead for ONE - the global campaigning organisation - on open, transparent and accountable governance.

Open development is an increasingly important part of our agenda as reflected here http://one.org/c/us/issue/4299/ and in the various blogs and policy briefs that are linked to from there.

We're keen to get more up to speed on tech 4 transparency and to do what we can to promote open development.
