[open-development] Introduction

Hi,

I've just signed up for this list, so thought I'd quickly introduce myself.

I'm a lecturer at University of Sheffield Information school, and one of my
major research interests is Open Government Data. I'm just finishing off my
PhD which is on the OGD initiative here in the UK, and I'm starting to
think about developments at the international level as a possible area of
post-doc research.
