[open-development] Making All Voices Count challenge fund launched today 10.00 EST

Today at 10.00-11.30 EST (15.00 GMT, 16.00 CET) Sida, DFID, USAID, and Omidyar Network will come together in Washington D.C. to launch a $45 million partnership to support innovative solutions and harness new technologies to help grow the global movement for open government, transparency and accountability. It will be live streamed on www.makingallvoicescount.org<http://www.makingallvoicescount.org> so you can follow it there and on Twitter on https://twitter.com/AllVoicesCount and the hashtags #MAVC and #AllVoicesCount. The event will feature former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and the "Father of the Internet" Vint Cerf, among others.
