[open-development] Development stream at the OGDCamp, OKCon and the Open Knowledge Festival 2012 in Helsinki

Tim, if you could put future discussions about this Open Development Stream
on our OKFest organiser discussion list (it's just been created today),
that would be great so that the organising team can keep track and other
potential collaborators can hear about it.
