This is brilliant Mark (though unfortunately I will be away when the
planning session happens!).

Also worth pinging this to Open-Economics list (and OpenSpending!) if
you haven't already -- I know the Economics guys are organizing a
Climate and Energy Hackday on the 3rd of March:
