This is great - thanks for setting this up. I'll populate the wiki with some of the datasets I am aware of.  I think we may find some kind of thematic-based breakdown useful in the future.

That's a nice initiative! I'd be happy to join in and have requested a
w3c account. I can update the wiki with some initiatives we started in
the context of the VOICES project (Linked Market Data in the Sahel and
Binyam Tesfa's linked pluvial data).
