Hi Tim,

Your points (1, 3 ) focused on establishing a 'collaborative keynote' look
like the way forward to me.

I've had a crack at describing open development at Betavine.

Here is a link to the presentation:
http://www.slideshare.net/mangamonk/os-processes-forsocialentrepreneurs

Here are a couple of project titles that interest me:

   - How can the UN establish development sandpits that measure and support
the achievement of MDG's through Social Production?
   - What MDG focused metrics should be used to measure and report on
   development efforts?

Let's use the wiki here:
http://open-development.okfn.org/

Warm greetings
Mark
