[open-development] Plans for 2013; and developing project proposal ideas - call on Tuesday 26th

Hello all,

Just a quick reminder that we have a call taking place this Tuesday (26th)
at 3pm GMT to

   - *Find out about the Open Developing Working Group *- a quick recap of
   why the group exists and recent history;
   - *Get to know each other* (a good chance for new members of this list
   to introduce themselves) ;
   - *Talk about plans for 2013* - including the 2013 Open Knowledge
   Festival
   - *Explore possible project proposals *that could help build the open
   development field, responding to a suggestion on this from IDRC
