[open-development] Where next for the Open Development working group?

Hello Linda,

This is definitely possible. I think we can expect confirmation of OKFest
dates and arrangements in the next month or so - which should give us time
to start planning. The proposal is for there to be fewer streams this year
than the 13 there were in 2012, so weaving development and global
participation across the programme may make a lot of sense.
