Hi all,
I'm not sure this is relevant for this list, but I'm helping Rockefeller
Foundation's Evaluation Office reach out to those with an interest in
Monitoring and Evaluation using new ICTs.

They are looking for initial expressions of Interest from individuals, firms
and organizations who offer monitoring and evaluation services in the area
of disadvantaged youth and digital employment in Africa.

They are interested in novel and innovative ways to ensure that
participating youth are able to provide their input and feedback during the
planning, monitoring and evaluation processes, and in new ways of using data
and visualizations to better manage large-scale programs. Please see the

share with others in your circles who may be interested.
