[open-economics] Googledocs data uploader

Dear all,

During today's Open Economics Data Party we started to add some more 
economics datasets to TheDataHub.

During this, we learnt of a new script to upload data automatically from 
Googledocs to CKAN ("Google docs integration" under 
http://wiki.ckan.org/Contrib)

To assist with the development of this tool, which will be a helpful one 
for the Open Economics group to add datasets in the future, please find 
some comments on the UX here (this might need to be moved at some 
stage): http://wiki.ckan.org/Talk:Contrib.

If you get a chance to try the tool also at some stage, your comments 
would be much appreciated.
