[open-economics] Yourtopia: How-page picture

Dear all,

The picture on the how-page still showed the old EUtopia-categories.
Attached to issue 23 is a candidate for replacement with the Yourtopia-categories.
Attached to this email is a low-resolution version for quick view.

If you like it, could somebody integrate the online version? If you do not like it, could
you suggest how I should change it?
