[open-economics] Introduction

Hello everybody, and many thanks to Dirk for having me join the list.

My name is Massimiliano Trovato, my background is in law, and I'm a
Fellow at Istituto Bruno Leoni, where my research focuses on telecoms and
tech policy and regulation.

I've been following the open data debate pretty closely for the last year or
so and I look forward to contributing to the discussion.
