[open-economics] A logo for the Open Economics Working Group

Good idea to have a logo!

The specific suggestion of supply and demand functions might be
problematic, however, as this group is frequently dealing with network
phenomena where the concepts underlying such functions vary from their
standard textbook usage. I would therefore favour a different, not D/S
curve-related, logo.
