[open-economics] Credit union failures

Hi all,

And just as the call ended, I remembered there was a question about the 
failed banks project I wanted to ask.

I recently came across this report:

on Credit Unions collapsing. Although focused on N Yorks, it mentions 
three other CUs that have failed.
Do we want to add credit unions to the list of failures? Do they count 
as 'banks' for our purposes?
