[open-economics] Failed banks on timeline

This is fantastic Anders! :-)

It would be great to blog about this on the Open Economics blog or the main
OKFN blog to solicit for further input. Do you have any plans to do this?
If not, might you be willing to put a paragraph or two together? ;-)
