[open-economics] Open economics interest

Hi John.

Glad to see your interest in participating in OE again. As before, real
life comes first.

I will soon create a couple of dedicated sections to two of our current
projects. You can read more about them in the following links:
Wiki Rating

Since most of the guys showed more interest in Wiki Rating, I think that
will be our relaunch. However, there is a lot that still needs to be
discussed and that will be done via our forums <http://discuss.okfn.org/>.
I think it is better in terms of organization (I'm a freak, I know :-) ).
