[Open-education] NORRAG on the data revolution in education

Hi,

An event took place at the Geneva Institute with NORRAG, involving 
UNESCO the ILO and many other partners just after the OKF event in 
Geneva. It focused on the Data Revolution in Education. It was 
approaching this topic from a very different perspective (the 
international education and development policy perspective). However, 
there might be some interesting points to pick up on in the blog posts 
that have come out of it for anyone trying to work on Open Education in 
Development.
