[Open-education] Introducing myself

Hello Everyone,

I am Bernard Nkuyubwatsi from Rwanda. I am researching MOOCs and OER
and their potential contribution  to widen participation in tertiary
education as part of my PhD study with University of Leicester (UK).

I look forward to an exchange on how we can establish access to
education as a fundamental human right.
