[Open-education] Porto Declaration on European MOOCs

Dear all,

The Porto Declaration on European MOOCs is a collective output of the conference “Mapping The European MOOC Territory” held in Porto, Portugal on 27 November 2014.

It calls on stakeholders in Europe to seize this moment to grab the opportunities offered by MOOCs. In addition it stresses to embrace full openness to all.
