Hi Kamil,

You might be interested in a blog post I wrote about OER Myths at the start of the UK Open Educational Resources Programme run by Jisc and the Higher Education Academy between 2009 and 2012, http://blogs.cetis.ac.uk/lmc/2009/05/20/oer-programme-myths/ This blog post is over five years old now, but I think some of these myths are still current.

Good luck with your research project and please let us know how your work progresses.

It is part of "Open Educational Resources Policy in Europe" project and It will be available in English.
