[Open-education] Introduction of Leonhard Dobusch

Good evening, dear list members,

I'm glad to introduce Leonhard Dobusch, assistant professor at Freie
Universität Berlin for organizational theory at the department for
management [1]. You can also follow him on twitter via @leonidobusch
[2]. Aside that, you can subscribe to his blog at Governance across
borders [3].

This Monday, he published an article [4] about an official hearing
concerning Open Educational Ressources in Germany, which is, how I get
to know him. For the coming week I try to submit a translation into
English to this mailing list.

Since he has knowledge in OER I asked him, whether he likes to join our
Working Group. He agreed and, well, here he is.
