[Open-education] IB Chief Digital Officer: need open education leaders to apply

Greetings Open Colleagues:

The International Baccalaureate is seeking a Chief Digital Officer.
Internal conversations with the IB have confirmed a strong interest in OER
and this position would be an excellent opportunity to bring OER expertise
deeply into one of the largest school networks in the world. IB has over
1.2 million students at nearly 4,000 schools in 147 countries.

IB produces a lot of curriculum. Teachers and students also create and
share content as a core practice within the IB. There is a growing desire
to share this content with the world. The Director General of the IB, Dr.
Siva Kumari, is a former professor at Rice University and is very
knowledgeable about OER itself and OpenStax College. All in all, this would
be an excellent C-level opportunity for someone with experience in both
digital learning and OER.
