Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately I can't attend MozFest <http://2014.mozillafestival.org/>
this year - it was a great event last year (see the Open Education
Working Group post
<http://education.okfn.org/open-education-at-mozfest/>). For those who
aren't familiar with the event MozFest is facilitated by the Mozilla
Foundation and is a hands-on festival dedicated to forging the future of
this open, global web. There are a lot of great education ideas bounced
around and much of it related to open educational practice.
Anyway it would be great to hear from people if they have any open
education plans - attending, running sessions, participating in events.
We'd also love to publish an event report from anyone going along.
Also Eduwiki <https://wikimedia.org.uk/wiki/EduWiki_Conference_2014> is
another event that's taking place soon - will anyone be there?
Marieke
