[Open-education] Call on papers on the opportunities and characteristics for European cooperation on MOOCs

Dear all,

Apologies for any cross-posting, but I thought this call might be of interest for this list well.

Kind reminder to submit position papers on the opportunities and characteristics for European cooperation on MOOCs. Deadline for submission is 13 September 2014. Authors of the best position papers will be invited as keynote speaker to present their work at a special international conference on MOOCs

By now we can announce that this conference will be held in Porto, Portugal on 27 November 2014. All travel and accommodation expenses of the invited contributors will be covered according to standard European Commission rules.
