Hi everyone,

Matteo Uggeri (Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, Digital Learning and
Collaboration Area) has written a post for us looking at open education
in Italy and focusing on policies in schools. Matteo recently
contributed to the POERUP Project and found that in Italy "/there's much
more for schools especially in terms of policies at a government and
regional level than for universities/." In his post he gives an overview
of the most interesting repositories and websites available.

The Open Education Working Group is really interested in hearing more
about OER use in schools. On Thursday we will be represented at the
Leicester OER Schools conference in the UK. The event aimed at teachers
focuses on finding, using, creating and sharing OERs and builds on
Leicester council's recently released OER guidance and resources.

If you have experiences to share please do post to the group.
