[Open-education] Looking for feedback and endorsement for my Wikimedia Foundation grant to work with UNESCO

This looks like a great initiative John and I wholeheartedly endorse it! 
UNESCO have done some great work in the open access area and I think 
this would be fantastic way to further their work. We'd love to hear 
more about it if you win the grant.

Just for info for everyone - to endorse John's grant proposal you will 
need to have a Wikipedia account.
