[Open-education] Review from Australia of the OECD research review "Students, computers and learning"

(This is the review which claims that ICT in learning in schools (K-12) has no effect, at least in terms of PISA scores. Early results were released by OECD at the EDEN conference in Barcelona last June, generating “considerable comment” as I recall.)
