[Open-education] Changes for the Open Education Working Group

Hi

Marieke, congrats on your new adventure and thank you for the great work
done with this group. Having had the opportunity to collaborate with this
group enabled me to be closer to OKFN much more than in other spaces.

Welcome the new team and I'm sure the level of this group will remain
fantastic
