I agree with Priscila, very good and inspiring videos.

FYI, we will use video number 4 in the frame of the www.oerup.eu <http://www.oerup.eu/> project, working to promote OER in adult education in Europe. The project developed an online course and is working on a set of guidelines for institutional leaders to open up their internal policy, so this kind of examples is exactly what we need.
