The SHEILA project (Supporting Higher Education to Integrate Learning Analytics, Erasmus+ funded), based at the University of Edinburgh, seeks a Research Associate to work with a multi-disciplinary team on a learning analytics policy and strategy framework for higher education. The Research Associate will work on the project that aims to address this gap with the goal of developing a framework that will guide policy development for learning analytics adoption in higher education in Europe at the levels of ministries of higher education, quality assurance bodies, and higher education institutions.

This seemed close enough to the “open education” agenda to be worth noting, and not only for those who might want a change of job.

I am sure that the open education community will expect that any policies developed by SHEILA will be supportive of open data within the wider open education context.

Enquiries not to me but to Dragan Gasevic as noted below – full details at https://www.vacancies.ed.ac.uk/pls/corehrrecruit/erq_jobspec_version_4.jobspec?p_id=035472
