Always useful to know what is happening in the adjacent space of open access, but I will not make a habit of automatically forwarding this EIFL newsletter since it is not core to our agenda.

In this issue we share results of an exciting public library 3D printing project for children and youth in Croatia. We announce a new agreement with SAGE for the IMechE (engineering) journals collection and an expanded agreement with HeinOnline to include the Law Journal Library. We report on the outcomes of a high-level conference to launch the 'Right to Read – Right to Knowledge' conference in Kyrgyzstan, and we look ahead at the EIFL Open Access Programme’s plans for 2016 – 17.
