[Open-education] Open Education Tuesday, Catedra Telefonica UNIR

On the 24th of May, the Cátedra Telefonica, University of La Rioja in Spain, will be launching the first of  many Open Education Tuesdays, a series of seminars about open education, lead by Andreia Inamorato of the European Commission.
