[Open-education] New methodological guide on assessing impact of open e-textbook programs, based on the Polish case

Hello Alek, regards, super congrats on the report!!!

Not only will this instrument be useful to evaluate the cost-effectiveness
and impact of programs deployed today, but its helps to concieve and
strategically plan new educational resources public and private initiatives.

In Chile, we are yelling out how can digital and open textbooks can uptake
the controversial situation of the public and private K-12 textbook market:

We're awaiting an important market research report from the National
Economic Prosecutor's Office, that will provide much of the data you
suggest in the different steps of your Guide.  After being published, there
will be a public consultation where we wil be pushing for openness, this
reports provides us a framework tool to generate evidence-based policy and
regulation.
