[open-geodata] Notes on doing INSPIRE in CKAN

Would also welcome reflections on open geodata discovery (what do we
need, why, etc) CKAN's support for geodata (e.g. Jo's draft document
on wiki, latest thinking on this), INSPIRE (brief history, registry
requirements, ...), etc. Jo: would you be willing to draft a post on
this on OKF blog?

Just so we can point to a single document to break this down to
someone coming at these things from outside! ;-)
