[open-heritage] Hack on the Record at the National Archives

Afternoon All,

Giving this list a heads up that The National Archives are running their
first hack day at the end of March. It looks likes it will be a lot of fun
and well worth going to.

They are currently taking requests for datasets and have offered to do some
limited digitisation.
