[OpenGLAM] OpenGLAM resources page

Dear all,

I have just created a resources page on the OpenGLAM page.

http://openglam.org/resources/

There are currently two categories

- Projects that use or provide open cultural data
- Documentation - books, papers, reports etc.

The list is being created by Listify, an open source tool created in
OKFN-Labs. (http://okfnlabs.org/listify/)

Right now there are about 30 resources and I know there are lots more which
I hope to add in the following weeks. If you have additions or links,
please let me know. If you want, I can give you access to the Gdoc
spreadsheet that is being visualised by Listify to add them yourself.
