Dear All,
In the British press today there has been a lot of coverage of the Your
Paintings Project <http://www.bbc.co.uk/arts/yourpaintings/> a
collaboration with the BBC that aims to catalogue and photograph all the
oil, acrylic and tempera painting in Britain whether they're currently on
display or not.
It looks like a great and very ambitious digital preservation project. Does
anyone on the list know what their licensing policy is or if they have one
and if they plan to develop an API? It would be great to start looping
people from the project into conversations on this list and inviting the to
Open GLAM events.
Cheers,
Sam
