ok, let's get this thing moving !
I created a pad  - http://okfnpad.org/glam-psi
if you guys could fill up the bullet points with the important points to be
addressed in the document (considering that it should not be longer than 1
or 2 pages), I can start drafting up something and try to get some more
people involved in the drafting / review of the doc.
