[OpenGLAM] Interview with Rufus Pollock in the Swiss newspaper Tages-Anzeiger today

the Swiss newspaper Tages-Anzeiger has published an interview today with
Rufus Pollock about the OGD.
Unfortunately it's not published on the Online portal of  TA as open
document sic !. (I downloaded it as I have a subscription of this newspaper)
