Lars,
That is really interesting  .. how to make releasing pd content "sexy" and *
reportable*.

Your thought describes the interesting tension in CHI's - how to serve the
people (physical visitors) while remaining attractive to  donors (whether
they are committed individuals or funding agencies) ... perhaps another
healthy alternative is to convince a funding body/individual to fund a "pd
release program". Or have a CHI craft a request for "pd release funds".
This moves the entire relationship from CHI/end-user to CHI/funder.

Perhaps the onus ought to be on the funders for pd repatriation funds.
