[OpenGLAM] Content Trafficking v.3

Count me in for a prize like that. Every prize is a press moment. The prize itself could be about anything, as long as the process has some weight to it. Like a hotshot jury. 

We've got a lot of prizes in the Netherlands on related topics that can count on yearly coverage, for example:
- the transparency award for the person or institution that handled FOI requests in a good way
- the obstruction award for the person or institution that failed handling FOI requests
- the big brother awards
