[OpenGLAM] copyright consultation

Dear all 

We are encouraging people to engage with the EU consultation on copyright that closes in one week on the 5th of March. We have mailed a few thousand supporters.

Our site has a small form with the response on only 4 questions in order to generate volume, and we direct people to youcan.fixcopyright.eu (http://youcan.fixcopyright.eu/) if they want to answer the full document
