[OpenGLAM] OpenGLAM - After OKfest14

Hi Christian,
Definitely a great idea to use the Open Data Census code base.
I think the first step for us now is to define the exact categories we want
to focus on for defining the level of openness of the collections as well
as the method of acquiring more data and incorporating more collections.
Then we have to find the best way of showing the data on our website - a
second step could then be to visualise the data through the Open Data
Census interface as well for the scorecard.
All help with this is of course appreciated - thanks to Pierre as well for
the helpful links!
