[OpenGLAM] Restyling the Open Collections area on the GLAM site

Thanks Joris,
Good point! I would see the aggregators indicated through tags - so
people can filter to see only the collections themselves or see
aggregators or even all resources available. i.e. the top level of an
aggregator would be just another item in the database. But maybe other
people have different ideas on how we could do this? Possibly through
harvesting APIs? My technical skills let me down here!
So while I say the page would have the *ambition of listing all open
GLAM collections worldwide*, in reality this would be through links,
rather than through replication of work.
Dedicating the next OpenGLAM members call at the end of the month to
this topic would be great if people are OK with that. Yes please!!
As for tools, I plan to take a look at any suggested just so I can get
an idea of what is possible using currently available tools. Developing
something new is likely to be out of scope but if we use open source we
may be able to build on existing software.
