Hi,

There is also Wikimedia Commons. You might see some overlap with what you
find via the links previous emails have shown, as Commons is a
pseudo-aggregator of content.

And here is a list of where you can find free video resources, many in the
public domain:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Free_media_resources/Video

You can also browse by year, medium, etc, here:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Videos

There is no category (yet) for PD videos in this category, but you can
explore.
