[OpenGLAM] Call for proposals: OER2016: Open Culture - deadline 16 November

Just to let you know that the deadline for next year's Open Educational
Resources Conference, OER16: Open Culture (19th-20th April 2015, University
of Edinburgh) has now been extended to *30 November 2015.*
