** With apologies for cross-posting **
Come along to the Transkribus User Conference this November to find out how new technologies can process historical documents!
The Transkribus User Conference will be a forum for new and more experienced users of Transkribus (https://transkribus.eu), a platform for the automated recognition, transcription and searching of historical documents. The conference will take place at the Technical University Vienna (Austria) on 2 and 3 November 2017.
The event will shed light on the latest technological advances in the fields of Automated Text Recognition, Layout Analysis, Writer Identification, Keyword Searching and Information Extraction. It will also provide many opportunities for users to give feedback to Transkribus developers and ask questions about how automated processing can work on their documents.
For further information and registration, visit the conference website: https://read.transkribus.eu/transkribus-user-conference/
We look forward to seeing you in Vienna!
