[OpenGLAM] WikidataCon 2019 - deadline for applications, 29th April

The deadline for applications

for this year's international WikidataCon - 29th April - is fast
approaching... With only around 250 spots available, this deadline is for
both the call for proposals AND the general application to attend. We hope
to see a lot of openGLAM community folks there. The event is free to attend
and funding is available to support travel expenses if needed.
